3. Earnings Screenshot Processing
Zero Fleets allows drivers to upload earnings screenshots during duty sessions.
These screenshots are stored securely and may be processed using automated
image analysis to extract earnings values.
The uploaded screenshot is stored securely in our cloud storage.
The screenshot may be processed using automated image analysis to identify earnings information.
This processing occurs only when a user chooses to upload a screenshot.
The screenshot is not used for AI training.
Users may alternatively choose to manually enter earnings instead of uploading a screenshot.

Zero Fleets uses cloud infrastructure provided by Google Firebase services, including:

These services are operated by Google LLC and use industry-standard security practices to protect stored data.

Image Analysis Service
When drivers upload earnings screenshots for automatic earnings extraction, the image may be securely processed by a third-party image analysis service to extract earnings values.

Between drivers and fleet owners as required for the app’s functionality

We retain user data for as long as the account remains active or as needed to provide our services.
